HCSO: Allegd incidents involving teens at her home & neighbors leads to arrest of Gville woman

Abigail Gay Chandler, 43, of Gainesville, was arrested over the weekend on a warrant for a single misdemeanor charge of maintaining a disorderly house – a charge that grew out of a series of alleged incidents that occurred there, according to the sheriff’s office.

HCSO (HALL CO SHERIFF’S OFFICE) NARRATIVE:

“The charge was linked to an incident on March 30 at Chandler’s residence on Price Road in the northwestern part of Hall County. A neighbor complained to deputies that two teenagers at Chandler’s house were harassing her after she reported the teens were trespassing on her property earlier that weekend.

The investigation by a patrol deputy (also) determined the teens had been revving their vehicle engines and blowing their horns, had fired a weapon and had shouted an obscenity at the complainant. The investigation also determined HCSO patrol deputies had responded to multiple complaints from other neighbors dating back to Oct. 2, 2025.

As a result of the March 30 incident, deputies obtained a warrant for Chandler’s arrest. She was taken into custody at her home on April 12. She was released from the Hall County Jail on a $650 bond the same day.”
