First Baptist Church of Gainesville Tuesday used social media to announce plans for a Celebration of Life for its pastor who died Sunday. It will take place Sunday at 5:00 in the church sanctuary.
“The service will be live streamed on Facebook and YouTube pages for those who cannot attend in person,” the announcement says. “Childcare will be available for Birth–5th grade beginning at 4:30 PM in the Children’s Hub.”
A light reception will follow in the Banquet Hall Lobby.
