*A 28-yeaold man remained in the Hall County Jail without bond at mid-afternoon Sunday following his arrest early Friday on a number of charges including intent to distribute meth. The other charges are:

POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE II CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
*
POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE – VGCSA
*Bond has been set at $3,900 for a man jailed Friday night on two counts of discharging a firearm – one for doing so near a public highway and one for doing so on another’s property. He’s also charged with reckless conduct.
Other information on each of these is not likely until local law enforcement administrative offices open Monday after the weekend.
