The third and final suspect in the Friday night, Oct. 27, armed robbery of a man on Bradford Street Extension is in custody, facing four criminal counts in the Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigation.
Fernando Saul Bautista-Gomez, 20, of Gainesville, turned himself in at the Hall County Jail on Friday morning. He is being held without bond on the following charges:
· Armed robbery (felony)
· Aggravated assault (felony) – 2 times
· Battery (misdemeanor)
Deputies arrested Joshua Gutierrez, 17, of Gainesville, and Andre Marcus Brooks, 17, of Flowery Branch, on one count each of armed robbery, aggravated assault and misdemeanor battery on Oct. 28 and Oct. 30 respectively.
