*Three counts of sexual exploitation of children were filed against a 24-year-old man Friday. He is being held in the Hall County Jail without bond.
*DUI and fleeing and attempting to elude tops the lengthy list of charges facing a 27-year-old man booked into the Hall County Jail Friday, where he remained Saturday morning in lieu of bonds totaling $14,390. Other charges against him are reckless driving, no passing zone violation, failure to maintain lane, driver’s license violation, license plate violation, motor vehicle registration violation, vehicle registration violation, no proof of minimum insurance, illegal operation of vehicle on approach to emergency vehicle, brake lights and turn signal violation, and not using seatbelt.
*A 28-year-old man remained in the Hall County Jail without bond at mid-morning Saturday following his arrest this week on a statutory rape charge. Repeated attempts since his arrest Tuesday to get more information on the case from Gainesville Police failed.
More details on these stories will not likely be available until Monday when local law enforcement administrative offices reopen following the weekend.
