The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at a house party in Buford early Saturday that left one man dead.
GWINNETT CO. POLICE NEWS RELEASE:
“At 2:09 a.m., officers assigned to our Northside Precinct responded to a report of a person shot in the area of 2715 Brown Rd. Once officers arrived on scene, they noticed one male suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers did render aid by doing chest compressions, however the male was pronounced deceased on scene.
The scene was secured, and investigators from our Homicide Unit responded along with our Crime Scene unit. The victim’s identification is being withheld until the next of kin has been identified.
