Plans for rental housing on a section of Parks Street were tabled Tuesday night by the Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board.
“The Park Street rezoning request was tabled to the May 12th Planning and Appeals Board meeting,” the city’s Deputy Director of Planning and Community Development Matt Tate said Wednesday. “The applicant will be modifying their concept plan. The original request was for 7 rental units within 3 duplex homes and 1 single-family home.”
The location is between Park Street Place and St. Charles Place.
