OAKWOOD POLICE NARRATIVE:
” On July 25, 2025, at approximately 1800 hours, Officers responded to Wendys, 4219 Martin Road, Flowery Branch, Georgia, in reference to a black male that had walked behind the Wendy’s restaurant and discharged a firearm into the Wood line.
Upon arrival, other responding officers had located the suspect and detained him with a handgun on his person.
Witnesses on scene stated that they observed Mr. Galbreath exited the rear of the Wendy’s building and fired the handgun into the Wood line.
Several businesses and an apartment complex back up to the wood line.
Mr. Galbreath was placed under arrest for the listed charges and transported to the Hall County Jail.
Rashawn Galbreath(21) is a resident of Decatur Georgia.”
