Preliminary survey results confirmed two tornados from Monday afternoon after a line of storms moved through Georgia, the National Weather Service (NWS) said Tuesday.
One was in Henry County: EF-1 tornado with max winds up to 90 mph and a path over 6 miles long.
The second was in Coweta County Coweta Count: y EF-0 tornado with max winds up to 75 mph and a path just under 5 miles long.
There have been no reports any injuries.
There was some damage in Coweta and cleanup efforts are expected to last several days and, in some areas — weeks.
