Property crimes investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) have arrested a Gainesville woman and taken warrants for the arrest of her husband for the theft of a trailer and its contents from a location on Country View Circle in northeastern Hall County.
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Jennifer Alicia Folsom, 34, and Patrick Tellus Clark, 32, have been charged with stealing a homemade 16-foot trailer with an estimated value of $2,000.
The trailer was loaded with various items, including lawn mowers, a pressure washer and various hand tools, with a total estimated value of less than $500. The trailer and the items belonged to two different victims. The investigation determined Ms. Folsom and Mr. Clark took the loaded trailer without permission and sold everything to a local scrapyard on Feb. 27, 2025. The stolen items were not recovered.
Ms. Folsom was arrested at her residence on C. Rogers Road on Tuesday…on two counts of theft by taking, one offense a felony and the other a misdemeanor. She remains in the Hall County Jail at last check on a bond of $7,000.”
