Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigators have charged a Hoschton man with one count of felony statutory rape following an investigation into an alleged incident last spring.
Eli Graham Beverly, 19, turned himself in at the Hall County Jail on Sunday afternoon.
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“According to the initial investigation, Beverly and the female victim had sexual intercourse…May 9, 2024. Beverly, who was 18 at the time, was more than four years older than the victim.
The incident was first reported to deputies on May 30, 2024, after the victim disclosed it to family.
Beverly remained in the Hall County Jail on Monday afternoon (without bond).”
