More than 250 new home sites will be on the agenda for the Oct. 10 meeting of the Hall County Board of Commissioners (HCBC).
The largest is a 256-unit residential development planned on 114 acres on JM Turk Road at Gurth Road. This is not the first time it’s been before the commissioners although it has been downsized from the original proposal. Gurth | 97.5 Glory FM | North Georgia’s Family Radio Station (wgtjradio.com)
The other is a five-lot subdivision on five acres on Old Fork Road at Brand Drive.
