The state plans to seek the death penalty for the woman accused of killing a 4-year-old girl last year and leaving her body in the trunk of a car found in an Oakwood parking lot.
Jessica Marie Motes, 36, is charged with Malice Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Battery and Cruelty to Children in the 1stdegree.
