Day 3: Francine’s expected impact

The National Weather Service (NWS) still says Hall and surrounding counties can expect rain, sometimes heavy at times, thunderstorms, and winds gusting as high as 35 mph today and into tomorrow.

As the bands of #Francine approach west Georgia, they could result in isolated tornadoes this afternoon and early tomorrow mainly west of I-75, according to the National Weather Service.

And, a Wind Advisory has been issued for several counties in northwest and west-central Georgia and extreme northeast Georgia as well as tiny portions of Lumpkin and White: WWA Summary for Wind Advisory Issued by FFC (weather.gov)
