SCOGA denies Colt Gray’s request

The Georgia Supreme Court (SCOGA) has denied Colt Gray’s request to seek an appeal in the Apalachee High School shooting.

The court’s order rejected his application for the court to review a lower court’s decision. It was a unanimous decision by the state’s highest court.

Gray pleaded guilty three months ago to all the nearly 60 charges facing him, including four counts of malice murder, and was sentenced to life without parole.
