Norberto Macedo Lopez, 49, of Yakima, Washington, is also charged with meeting or overtaking a school bus, reckless driving, following too closely, and too fast for conditions. The accident happened Oct. 1, killing Joshua Darrin Browning, 48, Clermont.
According to Hall County Jail records Lopez was booked early this morning. He remains in custody with no bond on the vehicular homicide charge.
