97.5 Glory FM has confirmed that the Gainesville Planning & Appeals Board (GPAB) voted Tuesday night to recommend approval of a planned lakeside resort that would include a luxury hotel.
Capstone Property’s proposal now goes to the city council for final action.
The vote by the planning group was unanimous.
The property is off Ivey Road which intersects Browns Bridge Road between McEver Road and Montgomery Drive.
