The Hall County Planning Commission (HCPC) will be faced with requests for 707 new housing units when it meets next month, according to the agenda for the meeting.
Forty-eight of them are planned by Habitat for Humanity on Cagle Road and Clubhouse Drive, Skyline Drive, and South Browning Bridge Road, another 160 on Ridge Road near Friendship Road, 146 on Ponderosa Farm Road near Tanners Mill, and 119 on Spout Springs Road at Union Circle, and 234 at Poplar Springs Church Road and Meadowood Court.
The meeting is scheduled Nov. 16.
