A jury may be seated as early as Wednesday to hear the case again Colin Gray, the father of alleged Apalachee High School shooter Colt Gray.
The elder Gray is facing near 30 charges including providing his son with the gun used in the shooting.
Jury selection began in Gainesville Monday after the judge granted a change of venue. After the jury, made up of Hall County residents is seated, the trial itself will be held in Winder starting, perhaps, as early as Monday, court officials said Tuesday.
By the close of day Tuesday, several jurors who said during questioning by lawyers for both sides that they could render a fair and impartial verdict, had been accepted by both defense and prosecution.
