‘…your judgment is horrible,’ judge in Antonio Agustin-Ailon case tells him

UPDATE: The Ohio man who took a 12-year-old Gainesville girl to Ohio last spring, touching off a weeks-long search for her, has been sentence to life with the possibility of parole after 15 years.

But before he passed sentence on 34-year-old Antonio Agustin-Ailon, Judge Michael Ernest told him “What is clear is that your judgment is horrible,” according to the Lancaster Eagle Gazette.

Agustin-Ailon, who was scheduled to go on trial April 9, pleaded guilty earlier this month to two counts of rape, one count of gross sexual imposition, and two counts of pandering, WJER Radio in Dover confirmed.
