Hoping to provide a better understanding of the vision for the Athens Street Corridor contained in the Athens Street Master Plan, a public input meeting is planned by Gainesville officials early next month.
“Hear about plans for beautification, greenspaces and gathering places, housing, pedestrian safety and traffic,” the announcement of the meeting states. “Funding opportunities will also be discussed, plus a partnership with Hall County Government on design.”
The meeting begins at 6:00 Dec. 4 in The Butler Center gym at 1300 Athens Street.
