*A 62-year-old woman has been charged by Gainesville Police in connection with a recent hit-and-run that caused property damage totaling $3,500.
Tammie Stephanie Beck is charged with Hit-and-Run and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
“Subject did strike a gate/call box at apartment complex on Timber Valley Way” police spokesman Kevin Holbrook said. “Estimated damage $3500. Did leave without reporting.”
*Meanwhile, bond has been set at $1,607 for a 23-year-old charged early Saturday with Hit-and-Run, Following Too Closely, and Leaving the scene of an accident, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO).
*The sheriff’s office also reported Saturday the arrest of 17-year-old on charges of Aggravated Sexual Battery and two counts of Child Molestation. He was being held without bond in the Hall County Jail Saturday morning.
