After the storm: More places you can donate supplies

The Chattahoochee Baptist Association is urging its member churches to come to the aid of hurricane victimes.

This is a copy of an appeal that went out Tuesday:

“Dear Friends,

For those of you that would like to get your church involved in helping with Helene relief – here is an option.  If you’re looking to send help directly to Western NC, Lanier Hills Church/Randall Popham is sending a truck early Thursday.  It’ll go directly to FBC Hendersonville.  Here’s a link to the Facebook post where you can see details & what supplies are needed:

UPDATE ON SYFAN LOGISTICS/ASBURY CHAPEL EFFORTS:

Syfan Logistics is collecting essential dry goods to support the surrounding communities affected by Hurricane Helene. Together, we can show the strength of Hall County and take care of our neighbors in need. When we come together to support communities in need, there’s no limit to the impact we can make!

Hours: 10am – 6pm, now through Friday, October 4

Asbury Chapel, 758 Main Street in Gainesville, is also a Syfan Logistics designated drop site for supplies, is taking collections now through Friday, October 4 (10am-5pm).
