Hall Co. to host user Accela training

Staff from Hall County Development Services will host Accela Citizen Access (ACA) training and a meet and greet with the new Chief Building Official (CBO) July 23-24 at the Hall County Government Center.

“Accela Citizen Access allows 24/7 access to several planning and development services online and is a wonderful tool for anyone who plans to do work in Hall County that would require a permit,” Hall County Development Services Director Randi Doveton said. “This training will give users an opportunity to learn the advanced permitting software and ask our knowledgeable staff any questions they might have about the program and its processes.”

Prior to both training sessions, there will be a meet and greet to introduce Hall County’s new Chief Building Official, Patrick Virrill, who came on board with Hall County’s Building Inspections division in June.

Anyone planning to attend should complete a brief survey online at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/V2Y26T5. Anyone with any questions leading up to the training sessions, should contact Doveton at [email protected]
