The City of Gainesville invites contractors, tradesmen, engineers and architects to participate in an upcoming Accela Citizen Access training course.
GAINESVILLE GOVT. NEWS RELEASE:
“The online Accela Citizen Access Portal will house applications and records required by the City and Hall County Government to acquire development permits, commercial building permits, residential building permits and trade permits.
The new permitting software is intended to streamline operations, moving the entire process online, while upgrading and simplifying the experience for the applicant.
Training courses will focus on development permits, commercial building permits, residential and trade permits, which will include how to apply through the Citizen Access Portal, upload documents and address FAQs.
