Gwinnett County Police arrested a Sugar Hill man recently who officers say was in a pickup that had been reported stolen in Jackson County just hours earlier.
The officers located the truck and Timothy Kevin Burke, 46, who was in it in the Pass Court area of Sugar Hill.
Burke had two outstanding warrants from outside jurisdictions, police said.
He was arrested for his two outstanding warrants and also charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
