A Flowery Branch man remains in the Hall County Jail following his arrest Tuesday on a felony charge of sexual exploitation of children.
HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE NEWS RELEASE:
*During the course of the investigation, the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) was able to
determine Caleb Moore-Rosario, 39, on May 16, 2023, was in possession of at least one
video of two children engaged in sexual acts. The video containing the child sexual abuse
material (CSAM) was found on the suspect’s personal computer at his residence on Bridle
Creek Drive.
A cybertip from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force prompted the investigation. Investigators continue forensic processing of the suspect’s electronic devices, and additional charges are anticipated.
At this time, Caleb Moore-Rosario is being held without bond.”
