Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) jail personnel booked a Gillsville woman Wednesday afternoon on a charge stemming from a child molestation investigation that began about three months ago.
Jenifer Rebollar, 21, turned herself in at the Hall County Jail to face one count of child molestation (felony).
“According to the preliminary investigation, Rebollar molested the female victim, who is under the age of 16, at a residence near Gillsville,” HCSO spokesman Derreck Booth said. “Rebollar knew the victim prior to the incident, which occurred between June of 2022 and June of 2024.”
HCSO investigators began investigating the crime when they were notified by the Hall County Division of Family and Children Services.
Rebollar is being held without bond in the Hall County Jail.
