A restaurant-anchored 18,000-square-foot shopping center is planned on McEver Road in Flowery Branch, according to Candler, a Gainesville-based development company.
Plans call for one 9,600 square foot building and one 8,440 square foot building anchored by a 3,000 square foot restaurant with outdoor patio space. Suites would range in size from 1,000 up to 3,000 square feet “ideal for boutique retailers, coffee shop, medical or insurance office, and salon, according to description on the company’s website.
Located at the corner of McEver Road and Gainesville Street, across from Branch House Tavern, the project would include a walking trail from Park Haven and Parkwood subdivisions.
