*A 27-year-old worker at a business on Avery Drive suffered injuries while he was working on a piece of equipment at the facility Thursday. The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) says he sustained a head injury, and he suffered burns to his abdomen and one of his arms. The extent of the injuries was not disclosed.
*A woman who had gone to the emergency room at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton reported to a Hall County sheriff’s deputy that her jewelry was missing from her purse after she returned home. No word on the value of the missing items, except that it is more than $1,500. The case has been assigned to a property crimes investigator.
*A local car dealer on Browns Bridge Road called law enforcement after one of his service techs noticed an altered VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) number on a vehicle that had been brought in for service. The vehicle had been stolen from a location in Tennessee three years ago. HCSO seized the vehicle, and that case has also been assigned to a property crimes investigator.
