The victim of a Saturday collision between a vehicle and a deer in Habersham County has died.
HABERSHAM CO. NEWS RELEASE:
“Ellen Fiorenza, 72, of Conyers died Monday afternoon…at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville from injuries suffered in the…wreck, said Habersham County Coroner Kasey McEntire.
Fiorenza was a passenger in a Toyota Venza traveling north on Ga. 15 / Expressway 441 north of Hollywood when the collision occurred about noon Saturday.
The deer ran in front of the vehicle, struck it, and was thrown through the windshield, the Georgia State Patrol reported.
The collision occurred on Ga. 15 / Expressway 441 near Tom Born Road.”
