FLOWERY BRANCH POLICE NEWS RELEASE:
*On March 6th…the Flowery Branch Police Department received a report of
inappropriate relations between a juvenile (15 YOA Female) and an adult (25 YOA Male).
Investigators promptly commenced a thorough in-depth investigation into the allegations.
As a result of the investigation, probable cause was established to charge Darius T.
Montissol, 25, of Buford, with the following offenses:
- Aggravated Child Molestation
- Statutory Rape
- Electronically Furnishing Obscene Material to a Minor
- Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes
- Distribution of Obscene Material
On (Thursday) Mr. Montissol was taken into custody at his Buford home and later
booked into the Hall County Detention Center without incident.”
There he remained Friday without bond.
