UPDATE #1: – More information is coming to light in connection with the arrest of a Gainesville man Friday by city police during a traffic stop- a man police say was in possession of two kilos of meth.
For one thing, an internet search indicates that the haul could be worth anywhere between $13,000 and $30,000 on the street. That’s according to https://recovered.org/, which adds that the net worth varies in the U.S. depending on purity, location, and availability.
We’ve also learned that the suspect, Michael Stanley Few, 36, is being held without bond in the Hall County Jail and that he’s facing seven charges in all: drug trafficking, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of meth, possession and use of prohibited drug-related items, probation violation, fleeing and attempting to elude, and a license plate violation.
Few’s arrest was announced Friday night by Gainesville Police who say he was also in possession of $7,000 cash.
