HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Jessie Josue Zendejas, 17, of Gainesville, is being held at the Hall County Jail with no bond following his arrest (Wednesday afternoon) on drug and weapons charges.
Patrol deputies with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) initiated a traffic stop on Old Athens Road around 1:20…after they observed the driver of a passenger vehicle fail to maintain his lane of travel. The driver of the vehicle was a 16-year-old male. The deputies identified the passenger as Zendejas. As a result, Zendejas was charged with possession of THC oil with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction of an officer.
