Three Hall high schools named to AP School Honor Roll

Three Hall County high schools have been named to the 2024 AP School Honor Roll and recipients of the 2024 AP Access Award. The 2024 AP School Honor Roll recognitions and 2024 AP Access Awards are based on May 2024 AP Exam test data.

“The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools that have done outstanding work to welcome more students into AP courses and support them on the path to college success,” Trevor Packer, Head of AP and Instruction at the College Board, said.

AP exams are administered by the College Board. AP courses are one way students can access college-level rigor at the high school level; students who receive a 3, 4, or 5 on an AP exam are eligible to receive college credit.

The Hall County schools are: Cherokee Bluff High School, Chestatee High School, and Flowery Branch High School.
