Three drug trafficking, distribution arrests

 At least three people have been arrested in recent days in three separate incidents in Hall County on drug trafficking and/or distribution charges. The count was as of early Sunday.

A 31-year-old man was arrested late Friday night during a traffic stop. He was still in Sunday morning. Bond has been set at $1,560. The charges facing him are:

*SPEEDING

*LICENSE – TO BE CARRIED AND EXHIBITED ON DEMAND

*POSSESSION MARIJUANA LESS THAN 1 OZ. – VGCSA (Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act)

*POSS FIREARM/KNIFE THE COMMISSION OF CRIME

*POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE   

A 58-years-old woman, was arrested Thursday afternoon, and remained in jail Sunday with no bond, charged with:

*TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE/ILLEGAL DRUGS/MARIJUANA/METH

*POSSESSION AND USE OF DRUG RELATED OBJECTS PROHIBITED  

*TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE/ILLEGAL DRUGS/MARIJUANA/METH (FELONY)

And a 60-year-old woman was also being held without bond after being charged with:

*TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE/ILLEGAL DRUGS/MARIJUANA/METH (FELONY)

*POSSESSION OF HYDROCODONE (FELONY)

*POSSESSION OF AMPHETAMINE (FELONY)

*POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE I CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (FELONY)

*POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE I CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (FELONY)

Her arrest occurred on Clarks Bridge Road Friday night.

More details on each of these are not likely to be available until local law enforcement administrative offices open Monday after the weekend.
