HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE NARRATIVE:
“Hall County drug investigators determined that Adrian Renile Witt, 41, was selling small amounts of marijuana in a couple of locations in the county.
On Sept. 20, he sold about an ounce of marijuana outside the Walmart on Mundy Mill Road. The other cases occurred on October 4 and October 12 at the suspect’s residence on Emily Street.
He is charged with the sale of one ounce of marijuana on October 4 and 1.5 ounces of marijuana on October 12.
He faces three charges total – felony sale of marijuana (2) and felony possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.”
