Cumming has emerged as one of the country’s most “moved to” cities, a list that is topped by Myrtle Beach, S.C.
The 2025-2026 moveBuddah Mirgration Report places Cumming at #15 in the country with 153 moving there for every 100 people who are leaving. No other Georgia city made the top 25.
The reports cites Cumming’s proximity to Lake Lanier and Atlanta but without Atlanta’s traffic.
