Street closings this week for movie shoot

Several streets in downtown Gainesville will be closed at times this week for the filming of “Clean Hands,” a new feature film starring Zach Braff and Esther McGregor.

This is the schedule, according to the city’s public information office:

𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟮 | 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟭:𝟯𝟬 𝗮.𝗺.-𝟯 𝗽.𝗺.

Maple Street between MLK Jr. and Industrial boulevards. Industrial Boulevard will also be closed between Hancock Avenue and Main Street SW

Those who may be traveling in these areas during these times are urged to drive carefully, follow all detour signs, and watch for crew members, flaggers and equipment.
