With the forecasters expressing more and more confidence that a major winter storm will hit our area and other parts of north Georgia this weekend (UPDATE #1: NWS takes the ‘possibly’ out of winter storm outlook), other officials say now is the time to make sure you are ready for whatever comes.
The Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency is offering some tips on how to prepare your home or place of business, your car and yourself for whatever the approaching storm brings.
