10:30 A.M. UPDATE:
Gainesville Police were called to Atlanta Highway near Industrial Boulevard for a single vehicle crash around 1:30 Monday morning.
“A Toyota Rav 4 left the roadway and struck a utility pole,” spokesman Kevin Holbrook said. “It appears speed and alcohol may have been a factor.”
Lt. Holbrook said the driver, Ricardo Jose Diaz Marquez, 24, of Gainesville, was arrested for DUI. Two other adult male occupants were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.

An overnight traffic accident on Atlanta Highway involving a broken utility pole caused travel issues in that part of Hall County for several hours early Monday.
“While the roadway is open for travel, traffic lights are out between Industrial Boulevard and Memorial Park Drive,” a Hall County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Alert said. “Crews are on scene replacing the broken pole.” That was around 5:30.
By 7:15, according to the Georgia Power Outage Map, there were still some outages in that area.
