Sex-related charges filed following S. Hall incident

A 27-year-old man remained in the Hall County Jail Monday afternoon without bond following his arrest on sex-related charges.

FLOWERY BRANCH POLICE NEWS RELEASE:

“On October 11…an adult female met Sri Hanuchaitanya Immanni while
working as a food delivery driver, and they exchanged contact information.

Later that evening, Mr. Immanni, 27, contacted the victim, and she agreed to meet him
in the parking lot of a business in the 5900 block of Spout Springs Road.
While the two were in his vehicle, Mr. Immanni exposed himself and asked the
female to perform an act of sodomy. When she refused, he attempted to forcibly
pull her hand and head toward his genitals, but she resisted and pulled away.

Despite her efforts, Mr. Immanni continued to pull her back toward him. He then
offered to pay her for the act, but she declined again. During the encounter, he
also grabbed the victim’s breast without her consent.
The female managed to exit the vehicle and fled the location before calling the
police. Flowery Branch Police Officers responded and collected her statement
regarding the incident.

On October 16…Flowery Branch Police Investigators interviewed Mr.
Immanni at the police department. After the interview, investigators determined
there was probable cause to charge him with false imprisonment, simple battery,
solicitation for sodomy, and sexual battery….”
