A 24-year-old woman was being held in the Hall County Jail without bond early Monday afternoon, charged with five counts of possession of controlled substances with the intent to distribute.
Sheila Segura-Herrera was arrested Friday afternoon about 2:00, according to Lt. Tony Alvarez of the Flowery Branch Police Department (FBPD), four days after a companion and the driver of the vehicle, Kyle Loel, 24, of Decatur was arrested following a traffic stop. EARLIER STORY.
