Saunders Real Estate, a regional real estate firm based in Lakeland, Florida, is opening its first office in north Georgia in Gainesville. The new location is the firm’s second office in Georgia, joining one in Thomasville in the southern part of the state.
Leading the new office is Russell Dye, who joins the firm as Regional Managing Director after serving as Senior Vice President at Toronto, Ontario-based Avison Young.
“Expanding into Metro Atlanta has long been a top priority for our firm,” said Tyler Davis, President of Saunders Real Estate. “With Russell’s experience, relationships, and leadership, we’re in a great position to uncover new opportunities across North Georgia and Metro Atlanta, which are two of the most active and exciting land and commercial markets in the country.”
This office will be located at 416 Bradford St. NW.
