S. Hall man facing 400 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit culminated a more than yearlong investigation with the arrest of a Flowery Branch man on 400 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

HCSO NARRATIVE:

“…Warrant Service Unit deputies arrested Stanley Bruce Fyfe IV, 33, on Wednesday afternoon…at
his residence on Paradise Point. He was booked into the Hall County Jail where he’s being held without bond.

The investigation began in June 2024 when (detectives) received a cybertip from the National Center for
Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Between June and December 2024, the HCSO ICAC Unit received six subsequent cybertips involving the physical and IP addresses associated with the first tip.

On Feb. 24, 2025, investigators executed a search warrant at Fyfe’s address. He was not home at the time. On March 2, they confiscated a cell phone from Fyfe, who had returned home.

Forensic processing of the phone was completed this month. Investigators located at least 400 images of
child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and obtained the felony arrest warrant for Fyfe.
The case remains under investigation by the HCSO ICAC Unit. Additional charges against Fyfe are possible.”
