A 22-year-old Flowery Branch man faces several sex charges involving a female teen victim, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO).
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Duver Adrian Dajome-Cuervo was taken into custody during a traffic stop on Friday…on arrests warrants for two counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of statutory rape.
According to the investigation to date, the suspect and the victim, who is under the age of 16, met one another through work at a fast food restaurant in Flowery Branch. The two began dating and the relationship turned sexual in October.
The victim’s mother discovered her daughter was involved sexually with the suspect and reported the crimes to law enforcement on Dec. 17…
Dajome-Cuervo remains at the Hall County Jail with no bond. He has also been placed on an immigration hold.”
