“An Oakwood man remains in the Hall County Jail with no bond on a single felony count of sexual exploitation of children after Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigators located a sexually explicit video on his cell phone.
HCSO’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit began its investigation after receiving a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Endangered Children (NCMEC) in July 2024. The tip led investigators to Denilson Dimetrio Aguilar Landaverde, 23. On May 1…investigators carried out a search warrant on Landaverde’s residence on Prestwick Drive and seized several electronic devices. Forensic processing of the devices determined Landaverde was in possession of one video depicting a child involved in sexual relations with a dog. The video was located on Landaverde’s personal cell phone.
