HALL CO. FIRE RESCUE NEWS RELEASE:
“At approximately 4:50 p.m., Hall County Fire Rescue responded to the 7200 block of Paddle Wheel Ct. in Flowery Branch for reports of a residential fire.
Upon arrival, crews located a two-story home on a basement with heavy smoke and fire showing on the back of the residence. HCFR personnel worked quickly to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading any further. The flames extended vertically into the attic space, but were extinguished quickly once water was established.
Two adults, two children and two pets have been displaced as a result of the damage.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.”
