The Lula Planning Commission will be asked at its March meeting to rezone a 27-acre tract on Lula Road.
SBW Investments LLC is asking that the property be zoned Light Industrial “for future development,” but the application offered no hint as to what that development might be. The site is at 5525 Lula Road and is currently zoned Agricultural.
The city council will consider the planning board’s recommendation March 16.
The planners meet March 3.
