A request to rezone a one-acre tract of land on Gainesville’s southside is set to go before the Mayor and City Council late next month.
The property is at Purina Drive and Athens Street. G-2 Industrial Partners, LLC, is asking that it be rezoning from General Business to Light-Industrial.
The request is on the agenda for the April 24 meeting.
